14-Year-Old Girl Found Dead in Singer D4vd’s Tesla Buried in California
Family and friends of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose body was discovered in the front trunk of a Tesla owned by American singer D4vd, gathered on Monday to bid her a final farewell at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Rowland Heights, California.
The private funeral service, held under a white tent, was shielded from public view. Mourners dressed in black carried Celeste’s white casket with visible sorrow, while others placed flowers by her graveside, according to Daily Mail.
Celeste’s death has sent shockwaves through Los Angeles after her dismembered remains were found inside the singer’s abandoned Tesla near his rented Hollywood Hills residence. Police were alerted only after a tow yard employee noticed a foul smell emanating from the vehicle when it was impounded.
Investigators later determined that the teenager had likely been dead for several weeks before the discovery, prompting widespread outrage and criticism over the pace of the investigation.
Singer D4vd — real name David Anthony Burke — has not publicly commented on the incident. Reports indicate he terminated his $20,000 monthly lease and vacated the Hollywood Hills home shortly after the car was found.
Authorities confirmed that several items of evidence were recovered from the property, though details remain undisclosed.
D4vd’s manager, Josh Marshall, has denied the artist’s involvement, stating that he is cooperating fully with investigators and has postponed his upcoming tour and album release in light of the tragedy.
