BBNaija S10: 8 Housemates, Including Doris, Rooboy Get Final Warning Over Microphone Violations

Big Brother Naija Season 10 is heating up — and not just with drama and evictions. On Monday evening, Big Brother issued a stern final warning to eight housemates for repeatedly violating the show’s microphone rules.

Housemates Kola, Bright Morgan, Doris, Isabella, Mensan, Rooboy, Sultana, and Thelma Lawson were called out for either removing or improperly handling their microphones during private conversations.

Describing the behavior as a “serious breach” of the show’s core rules, Big Brother reminded the entire house that microphones are essential for maintaining transparency and ensuring viewers remain connected to the contestants’ every move.

“Any attempt to compromise microphone use is an attempt to compromise the essence of the show,” Big Brother said, adding that further violations could lead to harsher penalties.

The warning comes amid a busy season in the BBNaija house. Season 10 kicked off with a two-day premiere: female housemates entered on July 26, followed by the male contestants on July 27, bringing the total to 29 housemates.

So far, Danboskid and Ibifubara were the first to be evicted on August 10, followed by Otega and Kayinkunmi a week later. Sabrina exited the show for medical reasons, and most recently, Victory and Gigi Jasmine were evicted on August 24.

As the competition intensifies, housemates are expected to stick strictly to the rules — or risk losing their place in Biggie’s house.
