Iraq-Türkiye Pipeline Restarts Crude Exports After Baghdad-Erbil Deal
Oil shipments through the Iraq-Türkiye pipeline resumed on September 27 following a landmark agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar announced.
The resumption ends months of suspension and is expected to boost regional oil exports while easing tensions between the Iraqi central government and the semi-autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government.
