The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has opened its online application portal for admission into the 78th Regular Course, with the process scheduled to run from Friday, November 28, 2025, to April 30, 2026.

The announcement was made on Wednesday in a statement signed by the Academy Registrar, who confirmed that the application is open to eligible male and female Nigerian citizens. Interested applicants are required to visit www.ndaapplications.net to purchase an access code and complete the registration process.

“Candidates should log on to the application portal, select ‘Purchase Access Code,’ and provide the required details to pay for the application via REMITA after obtaining their Order ID and REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR) Code. The application fee is N7,000,” the statement read.

The NDA emphasized that only payments made through RRR codes generated on the official portal will be accepted, urging applicants to follow all instructions carefully before submitting their forms.

The Academy also restated its earlier warning to the public to disregard a fake list of successful and reserve candidates for the 2025 Armed Forces Selection Board currently circulating online.

NDA Public Relations Officer, Maj. Mohammed Maidawa, reiterated that only applications submitted through the official portal and in line with approved procedures would be considered. He noted that the authentic list of successful candidates would, in due course, be published in reputable national newspapers and on the Academy’s website, nda.edu.ng.

The NDA urged applicants and the general public to remain vigilant and rely solely on verified communication channels for updates regarding the admissions process.
