Adventure Parrot Explores Underwater World in Custom Mini-Submarine

A pet parrot named Bebe the Parrot has added another extraordinary feat to his list of adventures  a journey beneath the ocean’s surface in a custom-built submarine.

The unusual dive took place in the waters of The Bahamas, where Bebe was filmed surrounded by coral reefs, tropical fish and rising bubbles during his brief underwater excursion. His owner said the bird appeared calm and curious throughout the experience, summing it up simply: “He enjoyed it.”

While parrots are known for their intelligence and adaptability, underwater exploration is far from typical. The voyage may mark the first time a parrot has been taken beneath the Atlantic Ocean in such a way.

Bebe is no stranger to extreme activities. According to his owner, the bird has previously joined in skydiving trips, skiing outings and even long-distance cycling journeys spanning hundreds of miles.

The latest stunt has drawn attention online, with many viewers amused and impressed by the parrot’s unusual lifestyle and his apparent willingness to follow his owner into just about any environment.
