Errol Musk Sparks Backlash with Claim Jeffrey Epstein Is Still Alive

Errol Musk has stirred controversy after claiming that disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein is “alive and well,” during a televised appearance in Russia.

Speaking on a program hosted by Andrey Malakhov on the state-controlled channel Rossiya 1, Musk dismissed the widely accepted account of Epstein’s death in custody in 2019.

“In my opinion, it’s absurd to think that he is dead,” he said, suggesting without evidence that Epstein may have been secretly removed from his prison cell. His remarks drew audible skepticism from the studio audience.

Epstein, who was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, died in a New York jail in August 2019. His death was officially ruled a suicide by hanging, though it has remained the subject of numerous conspiracy theories.

Musk’s comments were made during a visit to Russia and have since prompted criticism online, with many rejecting the claims as unfounded. No credible evidence has emerged to support the assertion that Epstein is alive.

The remarks add to ongoing misinformation surrounding the case, which continues to attract public attention years after Epstein’s death.
