Makinde Appoints Ex-Lawmaker Busari Olayemi as DG of Abuja/Lagos Liaison Office

Governor Seyi Makinde has appointed former House of Representatives member, Busari Olayemi, as the Director-General of the Oyo State Abuja/Lagos Liaison Office.

The appointment was announced in a statement issued on Monday in Ibadan by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Dr Suleimon Olanrewaju.

According to the statement, the appointment was conveyed in a letter signed by the Governor’s Chief of Staff, Segun Ogunwuyi.

Olayemi, who previously served as Executive Adviser on Intra-Party Affairs to the Oyo State Government, succeeds Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji in the role.

Makinde congratulated the new Director-General and urged him to carry out his responsibilities with dedication, loyalty and commitment to the development of the state.

The appointment takes immediate effect.
