Popular TikTok streamer Peller has announced that his white wedding to content creator Jarvis will take place on Saturday, Aug. 8, with a maximum of 100 guests and no bloggers or excessive cameras allowed at the ceremony.

The social media personality made the announcement in a video shared on his platforms, explaining that he wanted the church wedding to be more private after his traditional wedding attracted a large crowd of content creators and photographers.

According to him, the traditional ceremony was overwhelmed by cameras, with many people attending mainly to record the event rather than celebrate with the couple.

“I don’t want bloggers at my white wedding. There were too many cameras at the traditional wedding,” Peller said.

He also alleged that some people purchased the wedding aso-ebi solely to gain access to the event and create content.

To avoid a repeat, Peller said attendance at the white wedding would be restricted to between 80 and 100 invited guests.

Despite his concerns, the TikTok star described the traditional wedding, held on Aug. 1, as a successful celebration.

The announcement sparked mixed reactions on social media, with many users supporting the couple’s decision to prioritise privacy, while others suggested that publicly announcing the wedding date could still attract unwanted attention.

Peller and Jarvis recently tied the knot in a colourful traditional ceremony attended by family, friends and celebrities. Videos from the event, including scenes showing large cash gifts presented to the couple, generated widespread reactions online.

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds updated their TikTok profiles to reflect their marital status, with Jarvis describing herself as “Married to @PELLER,” while Peller also updated his profile accordingly.
