Bobrisky Says Leaving Nigeria Was Best Decision of His Life
Popular Nigerian socialite Bobrisky has described his decision to leave Nigeria as one of the best choices he has ever made, saying his relocation abroad has brought him peace and happiness.
Bobrisky made the statement in a post shared on Instagram on Saturday, November 7, 2026, where she reflected on her life since leaving the country.
According to the socialite, Nigeria has become a toxic environment characterised by constant drama, gossip and public confrontations.
She said stepping away from the situation has allowed her to enjoy a more peaceful life, adding that she has no intention of giving up the tranquillity she has found in her new environment.
Bobrisky reportedly expressed satisfaction with her life abroad, noting that she has experienced fewer personal conflicts since relocating.
Her comments come nearly two years after she left Nigeria in November 2024, following controversies surrounding her six-month prison sentence for naira abuse and subsequent disputes with government authorities.
In April 2024, Bobrisky was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment without an option of fine after pleading guilty to charges related to the abuse of the Nigerian currency.
Since relocating, the socialite has continued to share updates about her lifestyle and experiences abroad.
Her latest remarks have reignited conversations on social media about life in Nigeria, relocation and the pursuit of personal peace and happiness.
Bobrisky, however, has maintained that protecting her peace and happiness remains a priority.
