Davido excited as first time voter in U.S. election

Nigerian music superstar Davido has disclosed that he cast his first vote as citizen of the United States in the 2024 elections.

The elated singer made this known on his X page ( formerly twitter), with a photo displaying his voter card bearing the state of Georgia on Tuesday.

He wrote:” First time voter.”

Davido, born David Adeleke in Atlanta, Georgia, holds dual citizenship, which allows him to vote in the United States.

Although the singer did not disclose the candidate that received his vote, his announcement generated mixed reactios on social media from his fans.
