Nigerian Appointed IPCSL Africa Director, Oversees 55 Countries
The International Police Chaplain Sustainable Development and Law Enforcement, Inc. USA (IPCSL) has appointed Col. Blessing Akinlosotu, a Nigerian, as its Africa Director. Akinlosotu will oversee IPCSL’s activities across all 55 African countries.
Akinlosotu’s Media Special Assistant, Mr. Emmanuel Daudu, confirmed the appointment in a statement. According to the appointment letter, Akinlosotu’s role includes leading the African branch under the authority of the High Council in compliance with IPCSL statutes and international conventions. Specific tasks will be detailed in his Diplomatic Accreditation Certificate, to be awarded at an investiture ceremony in November 2024.
The statement highlighted Akinlosotu’s experience in promoting peaceful relations and effective communication. His appointment as the Regional Coordinator of Africa for a three-year term confers on him the rank of Chaplain Colonel/Commander Africa for IPCSL.
The appointment letter, dated July 27, was signed by Dr. Tardieu Ridore, President and Chaplain General in Chief; Amb. Dr. Wilkenson Cesar, Vice President and Chaplain General; and Dr. Wesly Milard, Public Relations and Chaplain Lt.-Gen., all of the High Council of Administration in Florida, USA.
The appointment aligns with IPCSL’s statutes and internal regulations aimed at extending the organization’s reach to the international level.
