The Agatu Enlightenment Forum (AEF) has formally endorsed Hon. Dr. Ojotu Ojema, member representing Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, for a second term in office.
The endorsement was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of the Forum’s executive meeting held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, in Oshugbudu, Agatu Local Government Area of Benue State.
According to the communiqué signed by the General Coordinator, Comrade Ikolodu Joseph, and the General Secretary, Comrade Oigbeche Ochoche Oigbeche, the Forum described Hon. Ojema as a “true representative of the people and a beacon of progressive leadership.”
The Forum stated that within two years in office, Hon. Ojema has recorded remarkable achievements in infrastructure development, human capital empowerment, youth and women empowerment, as well as educational support and scholarship schemes for students across the constituency.
“Hon. Ojotu’s performance speaks volumes, and his unwavering commitment to the growth and unity of Apa and Agatu communities makes him deserving of continuity,” the communiqué read in part.
The group, therefore, called on all sons and daughters of the Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency to rally behind the lawmaker for another term in order to consolidate on his developmental strides and ongoing projects.
