Drama unfolded in the Big Brother Naija 10/10 house on Tuesday when housemate Joanna rejected fellow contestant Victory’s romantic proposal, declaring her desire to remain independent.
Victory, who had earlier revealed his interest in Joanna, Gigi Jasmine, and Sultana, sought the help of Joanna’s close friend, Rooboy, to persuade her into a relationship.
Rooboy invited Joanna to join them at the garden and went straight to the point, telling her about Victory’s feelings.
“My n*gga likes you very much,” Rooboy told her.
Joanna, however, questioned why Victory could not tell her directly. “Why can’t he tell me himself?” she asked.
Victory explained, “I just didn’t want to put you in the line up with Gigi and Sultana.”
In her response, Joanna admitted having feelings for Victory but insisted on keeping her individuality in the house.
“I like Victory as much as he likes me but I want my individuality,” she said.
