Nigerian-American disc jockey, DJ Expression, is set to etch his name in history with a bold attempt to break one of Guinness World Records’ toughest feats — the world’s longest DJ set, lasting an astonishing 300 hours non-stop.

The record-breaking performance, scheduled to run from September 21 to October 4 at NOSH Lounge in Houston, Texas, will be streamed live worldwide on Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok, giving fans across the globe a front-row seat to the electrifying marathon.

DJ Expression, a veteran in the art of mixing, described the challenge as a lifelong dream fueled by passion, resilience, and the unifying power of music. “This isn’t just about breaking a record,” he said. “It’s about showcasing the strength of music, endurance, and connection. I want to inspire people to chase their so-called impossible goals.”

Throughout the attempt, he will treat audiences to a rich blend of genres — from timeless classics to modern hits — demonstrating both versatility and mastery.

Vuga Music, a global publishing and entertainment company with African roots, is proudly backing the project. Its president, Raphael Amachree, emphasized the alignment of the initiative with the company’s mission. “The journey of DJ Expression reflects our vision of promoting artists who push boundaries and inspire worldwide,” he said.

If successful, the 300-hour DJ marathon will not only test the limits of human endurance but also redefine the culture of live music performance on the global stage.
