Emmanuella Debunks Pregnancy and Marriage Rumours, Shares Truth About Family Life

In an exclusive interview with Premium Times, the 15-year-old clarified that viral rumours about her being pregnant or getting married are completely false.
“There are lots of rumours out there,” Emmanuella said. “I have heard a lot, but I know the truth. There’s one where they said I was pregnant, that I was getting married — all of which are false. There are so many unspeakable rumours, and sometimes I wonder where they come from.”
Despite the pressure that often comes with fame, Emmanuella revealed that she remains focused on what matters — her truth, her family, and her work.
One widely circulated report that is true, she confirmed, is that she bought a house for her parents at the age of 10 — a heartfelt gesture she made out of love, not obligation.
“I sensed it wasn’t right for my mummy to be staying in a rented apartment,” she said. “So we came up with the idea of building a comfortable place where they wouldn’t be paying rent.”
Emmanuella, who is the fourth child in a family of six, said she never felt pressured to make such a big decision at a young age. Instead, she simply wanted to give back and make her parents proud.
“The reason or motive was to make my parents proud, and to make everyone around me happy,” she added. “Even if I was sad, I would make sure I put a smile on everyone’s face.”
Emmanuella first rose to fame through comedy skits on the Mark Angel Comedy YouTube channel, where her wit, timing, and charm quickly made her a household name in Nigeria and beyond.
