Father Alleges Nurse Killed His Twin Sons After Immunisation In Lagos

A Lagos resident, Promise Samuel Alozie, has accused a nurse at the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State of causing the deaths of his nine-month-old identical twin sons, Testimony and Timothy, following routine immunisation.

Alozie made the allegation in a viral TikTok video, stating that he took the twins to the health centre for their scheduled vaccinations on the morning of December 24, 2025. According to him, the infants became unusually weak shortly after receiving the injections and later developed a high temperature.

He said efforts to stabilise them, including administering paracetamol and bathing them to reduce the fever, were unsuccessful, adding that both children died on Christmas morning.

“This is the result of the immunisation. They killed my twin boys with injections,” Alozie said, alleging that the vaccines administered were either fake, expired, or given in excessive dosage.

The bereaved father also claimed that the nurse who administered the injections was not the regular staff member usually assigned to immunisation duties at the centre. He further alleged that the twins were given deworming tablets without his consent.

Alozie dismissed explanations reportedly offered by the health centre that the deaths may have been caused by food-related bacteria. “How can food bacteria kill a child?” he questioned.

As of the time of filing this report, no official autopsy results or statements have been released by the Lagos State Ministry of Health or the Lagos State Primary Health Care Board regarding the cause of the twins’ deaths.

Expressing fears that investigations could be compromised, Alozie appealed for legal and human rights assistance to pursue justice for his children.

“I need justice for these children. I may have buried them, but their deaths were untimely,” he said.

Authorities are yet to publicly respond to the allegations.
