On January 3, 2025, Colonel Isaac Amponsah, the Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to Ghanaian President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, collapsed during the President’s State of the Nation address in Parliament.
Footage shows Col. Amponsah appearing visibly uncomfortable before falling to the ground midway through the address.
He was promptly assisted by nearby individuals and moved to a corner of the auditorium for medical attention.
The cause of his collapse remains unclear, and no official statement has been released regarding his condition.
