GTBank to Close Branches Early June 30 for Half-Year Audit

Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. has announced that all its branches nationwide will close earlier than usual on Monday, June 30, 2025, to enable its scheduled half-year audit.

In an email sent to customers on Saturday, the bank said the temporary change in operating hours would affect both Lagos and upcountry branches.

“Please be informed that our branches nationwide will close to customers early on Monday, June 30, 2025, for our half-year audit,” the statement read.

According to the bank, upcountry branches will close at 2:00 p.m., while Lagos branches will close at 3:00 p.m.

GTBank encouraged customers to use its digital banking platforms to carry out transactions during the early closure period.

The bank assured customers that normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, July 1, and expressed appreciation for their understanding and continued support.
