Hilda Baci Completes Guinness Jollof Rice Record Attempt, Awaits Confirmation

Celebrity chef Hilda Baci has successfully completed her ambitious attempt to set a new Guinness World Record (GWR) for cooking the largest pot of jollof rice.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Baci achieved the feat on Saturday, preparing about 200 bags of rice in a massive 22,619-litre pot that measured six metres wide and six metres tall. The cooking process lasted roughly nine hours.

She now awaits official verification from Guinness World Records to confirm her entry into the record books.
