Controversial content creator Izzy Ogbeide has stirred online reactions after claiming that women who undergo Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures often develop an unpleasant smell if they neglect proper self-care.

In a video shared on her social media page, Izzy advised women considering cosmetic surgery to be aware of the side effects and hygiene demands that come with it. She described the odour associated with poorly managed post-surgery care as “smelling like dead skin”, warning that it can become very unpleasant.

“Ladies who go for BBL need to take care of themselves properly. If you don’t, you will start smelling — it’s not good,” she cautioned.

Her comments quickly went viral, prompting mixed reactions from fans. While some viewers agreed with her advice and praised her honesty, others speculated that she might be indirectly referring to certain public figures known to have undergone the procedure.

Izzy’s statement comes weeks after she was publicly criticized by Blessing CEO, another social media personality, over similar comments about cosmetic enhancements.
