Rapper and fashion designer Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, at a party co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to newly filed court documents.
Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, claims that years before her employment, she and a former musician client were invited to a party at a Santa Monica music studio by West. During the party, Pisciotta alleges West insisted that guests drink or leave. After consuming a few sips, she reportedly began feeling disoriented and slipped into a highly impaired state, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The following day, Pisciotta says she had no memory of the previous night’s events, feeling ashamed and embarrassed. Her musician client, who remains unnamed in the suit, was described as too traumatized to speak about what had happened.
While Pisciotta initially believed her drink had been drugged by a studio assistant, West later confessed to having “hooked up” with her after the party, despite her altered state, the court papers reveal. This revelation came shortly before West terminated her employment in October 2022, during a conversation where he was allegedly venting about a text exchange with his ex-wife, presumed to be Kim Kardashian.
The lawsuit claims that Pisciotta was shocked and devastated by the admission, telling West that she had no memory of the incident beyond sitting down at the beginning of the night. West allegedly laughed and dismissed her concerns, saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
These allegations are part of an updated version of Pisciotta’s existing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against West, which initially included claims of inappropriate texts, sexual advances, and explicit content West allegedly shared with her during her employment. Pisciotta also alleges West promised her severance worth millions but never fulfilled the payment.
West’s legal team has previously denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit “baseless” and accusing Pisciotta of blackmail. Diddy has not been accused of any wrongdoing, and West has yet to respond to the new claims.
