Kevin Ikeduba Rejects Casting for Sex, Emphasizes Professionalism
Kevin Ikeduba, a popular Nollywood actor and producer, has declared he would rather die than cast incompetent actors in exchange for sex.
In an interview with Hip TV’s Trending, Ikeduba emphasized his dedication to professionalism and his dissatisfaction with the high degree of unprofessionalism in the industry.
He stated, “The movie industry is very big. What works for A, may not work for B. Kevin that people know, would rather die instead of giving a girl a role for sex because I am very passionate about what I do. So most times, when I meet mediocre people on set, it hurts me. I will never ever do that.”
Ikeduba also revealed an alternative career choice during the interview. When asked what he would be doing if he weren’t an actor, Ikeduba candidly responded, “I would be a drug baron if I wasn’t an actor.” Ikeduba, who debuted in Nollywood in 2000, is known for his roles as notorious criminals in movies.
In other news, Ikeduba expressed his concerns over the high cost of living in Nigeria. In a video, he highlighted the pain and suffering of Nigerians due to rising prices, urging the country’s leaders to support the populace.
He also encouraged hardworking Nigerians to persevere and maintain hope for a better future, despite current challenges.
