Nigerian singer Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kizz Daniel, has revealed plans to take a break from music after the release of his upcoming EP.
The hitmaker announced on his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Friday that he will not be releasing any new songs until 2026, following the drop of his highly anticipated EP, Uncle K, on November 29, 2024.
“After this, I no dey drop anything again until 2026,” Kizz Daniel wrote, leaving fans stunned.
In response, many of his supporters have pleaded with him to reconsider, expressing how much they would miss his music during his hiatus.
Since debuting in 2016 with his breakout hit, Woju, Kizz Daniel has remained one of Nigeria’s most consistent artists, releasing five studio albums and numerous chart-topping singles.
