Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Thelma Lawson, has shared her struggles with maintaining the lifestyle that comes with fame since leaving the reality show.

In an interview with Yanga FM, the 27-year-old lifestyle influencer and skincare consultant admitted that life after BBNaija has been both rewarding and financially demanding.

Naija News reports that Thelma, who gained popularity as one of the most fashionable contestants of the “10/10” edition, said fans now look up to her for style inspiration — a reputation that comes with significant pressure.

“This new life is expensive because you’re constantly showing up for events. I came out of the house and found out that I was named ‘the most fashionable.’ Now I have an audience that wants to see what Thelma is wearing,” she said.

The Rivers State-born entrepreneur added that she often feels the strain of balancing her public image with her private responsibilities as a mother and businesswoman.

While describing her journey as fulfilling, Thelma admitted that the attention and expectations can sometimes be overwhelming. Nonetheless, she remains grateful for the platform BBNaija provided, which she said opened doors to new opportunities in business and entertainment.
