Nigerian-born author Peter Adeleke has earned a spot in the Guinness World Records after delivering the world’s longest leadership lesson, a 28-hour and 45-minute marathon session.

The event, which kicked off at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025, in downtown Calgary, attracted students, professionals, and business leaders eager to learn from Adeleke’s insights on leadership, purpose, and personal growth.

By the time the record-breaking lesson concluded at 2:48 p.m. on Saturday, August 30, the atmosphere was a blend of fatigue and celebration as participants applauded Adeleke’s endurance and commitment.
