Popular Nigerian relationship therapist and social media influencer, Blessing Okoro, widely known as Blessing CEO, has officially announced her engagement to businessman Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly referred to as “IVD”.
The relationship expert took to her social media platforms to share the news, accompanied by an affectionate photo of the couple.
In an emotional post, Blessing expressed her desire for a drama-free journey, saying she simply wants peace and tenderness.
“I said Yes….. @ivd001. For the first time, I did not want drama. For the first time, I did not want the noise. I just wanted peace and softness.
“To hear our heartbeat as 1 and hear you breathe into my face. Let’s do this together as we take this journey forever.
Yes, Yes Yes, I will marry you. Ikechukwu Darry Ogbonna,” she wrote.
Blessing CEO and IVD have been romantically linked since 2022, shortly after the unfortunate passing of IVD’s wife, Bimbo Ogbonna.
Despite widespread criticism at the time, Blessing consistently defended her actions, stating that her involvement stemmed from professional concern as a relationship therapist. She insisted her intentions were sincere and rooted in her desire to clarify the facts surrounding the controversy.
Known for her blunt takes on relationship issues, Blessing CEO is also the founder of the dating platform Break Or Makeup. She has built a reputation as a bold relationship advisor, brand influencer, and a staunch promoter of cosmetic procedures, particularly liposuction.
