Russia is strengthening its military-technical cooperation with Mongolia through the supply of weapons and training of Mongolian military personnel, Russian Deputy Defence Minister Alexander Fomin announced on Tuesday.
Fomin outlined the areas of collaboration, which include the provision of military equipment, its repair, maintenance, and modernization. “We have already trained about 340 Mongolian soldiers this year,” he stated.
