Viewers and housemates of Big Brother Naija Season 10 were left stunned on Saturday night after two contestants, Thelma Lawson and Bright Morgan, were evicted in an unannounced twist.
The surprise eviction came during a late-night visit by show anchor, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, who stormed the house around 11 p.m. shortly after the weekly Saturday night party.
After a brief chat with the housemates, Ebuka suddenly revealed that at least one contestant would be leaving the 10/10 edition of the reality show, heightening suspense.
Thelma was the first to be shown the door, followed moments later by Bright Morgan — a double blow that left the other housemates visibly shaken.
Mide, who has been romantically linked with Bright Morgan, broke down in tears, while Kaybobo struggled to hold back emotions after Thelma’s exit.
With just two weeks left before the finale, Ebuka urged the remaining contestants to step up their game.
He also reminded them that the regular Sunday night eviction show would still hold as scheduled.
