Controversial relationship therapist, Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has condemned the arrest of her fiancé, popular auto dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna, widely known as IVD.

According to reports, IVD was apprehended by the Lagos State Police Command at the airport while attempting to travel to Qatar.

His arrest is reportedly linked to an ongoing domestic violence case dating back to 2022, involving the tragic death of his wife, Bimbo.

Taking to her Instagram page on Tuesday, Blessing CEO defended her partner, insisting he is innocent and being unjustly targeted.

“They are pushing me so hard. I will drop this love and come out with my full garment. They are bullying IVD, and it’s getting out of hand. IVD is innocent. I am not a coward, these people are using my man, I won’t tolerate this anymore,” she said.

In a separate Instagram post, she questioned the legality of the arrest, pointing out that no formal charges or case file had been presented against IVD.

She explained that his passport had only just been replaced after being missing for two years and that there was no court order barring him from travelling.

The relationship coach further disclosed that police have allegedly said IVD will remain in custody until Monday, despite not taking any formal statement from him.

Describing the development as a “show of power and emotional manipulation,” Blessing CEO claimed her fiancé has faced sustained pressure and threats since the case began three years ago.
