TikTok Star Peller Buys N350m Mansion in Lekki, Says ‘It’s Not Just TikTok Money’

Popular TikTok sensation, Peller, has joined the league of young homeowners after acquiring a multi-million-naira mansion valued at N350 million in Lagos.

The 20-year-old content creator revealed the development during a live chat with fellow influencer Sandra Benede, where he disclosed that the luxury property is located on Chevron Drive in Lekki.

Announcing the milestone on his Instagram page, Peller expressed gratitude to God and his fans. “Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala,” he wrote.

The TikTok star said he intends to officially move into the mansion in October 2025, describing the residence as a dream come true. He further appreciated his supporters for their encouragement throughout his journey.

Clarifying how the mansion was financed, Peller noted that his social media earnings alone did not cover the purchase. According to him, some influential individuals have also supported him behind the scenes.

“It’s a big place, and I should be moving in around October. People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money. I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them,” he explained during the live chat.

Peller, who has become one of Nigeria’s most prominent digital creators, promised to share more details about the mansion once he officially settles in.
