Tinubu Concludes Equatorial Guinea Visit, Returns to Abuja
President Bola Tinubu returned to Abuja on Friday evening after completing a three-day state visit to Equatorial Guinea.
The Gulfstream jet carrying the President landed at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, Tinubu was welcomed by top government officials, including his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume; and FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.
During his visit to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, President Tinubu engaged in bilateral discussions with President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, resulting in the signing of an agreement on the Gulf of Guinea Pipeline Project.
Additionally, at a dinner in his honor, Tinubu urged African leaders to take strategic and deliberate actions to curb the ongoing brain drain from the continent.
