Yari Powers Renewed Hope Network as 1,500 APC Support Groups Rally Behind Tinubu’s 2027 Bid

Former Zamfara State Governor and Senator representing Zamfara West Senatorial District, Abdulaziz Yari, is taking a leading role in building one of the most expansive grassroots political mobilization structures ahead of Nigeria’s 2027 presidential election.

Yari is the driving force behind the Renewed Hope Network (TRN), a political platform designed to coordinate nationwide grassroots support for the re-election of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The growing influence of the network became evident after about 1,500 registered support groups within the All Progressives Congress (APC) endorsed the platform following a strategic engagement with the APC Support Groups Council in Abuja.

The meeting brought together key mobilization figures including the Deputy Director General of the council, AK Peters, alongside the technical team of the network led by experienced APC mobilizer Okpokwu Ogenyi and international diplomat Tunji John Asaolu.

Under Yari’s leadership, the Renewed Hope Network has already begun building structures nationwide, including the mobilization of polling unit canvassers across Nigeria in preparation for grassroots engagement ahead of the January 16, 2027 presidential election.

According to Peters, the level of acceptance of the platform continues to grow rapidly across the country.

“The TRN is committed to building the most formidable grassroots political movement in support of Mr. President within a very short time while networking every corner of the Country. In APC, we have over three thousand five hundred(3,500) registered support groups out of which one thousand five hundred (1,500) have approved partnership with the RenewedHope Network, TRN. We are confident that another 2,000 groups will join the network between now and Easter,” Ak Peters stated.

Political analysts say Yari’s political structure, influence within the ruling party, and long-standing grassroots connections are making the Renewed Hope Network a major mobilization platform ahead of the 2027 elections.
