Nigerian music sensation Yemi Alade has secured her first-ever Grammy nomination in the Best African Music Performance category for her song “Tomorrow.” The Recording Academy revealed the nominees for the 67th Grammy Awards on Friday, November 8, 2024, featuring a strong Nigerian presence in the African music category.

The highly anticipated Grammy ceremony is set to take place on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. This year, all five nominees in the Best African Music Performance category are Nigerian, showcasing the nation’s growing influence on the global music stage.
