Man Arrested After Crashing Vehicle Into White House Security Barrier

A man has been arrested after crashing his car into a security gate outside the White House late Tuesday night, according to the U.S. Secret Service.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:37 p.m. on October 21, when the driver struck a security barrier at one of the White House entrances. Officers from the Secret Service’s Uniformed Division quickly apprehended the suspect at the scene.

In a statement released after the incident, the Secret Service confirmed that the vehicle was searched and that no threat was identified. The agency said there were no injuries reported and no breach of the White House perimeter.

“Investigators have determined there is no danger to the public or the White House complex,” the statement read.

Authorities have not yet released the suspect’s identity or disclosed any possible motive behind the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
