BBNaija’s Tuoyo Threatens Legal Action Against NDLEA Over Arrest During Lagos Club Raid

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tuoyo, has vowed to take legal action against the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) following his arrest during a recent raid at a nightclub in Lagos.

The reality star was among several clubgoers apprehended by NDLEA operatives in the early hours of Sunday, October 26, 2025. According to the agency, the operation followed a tip-off about an alleged drug party taking place at the venue.

Tuoyo, however, took to social media to condemn the arrest, alleging that he was assaulted by NDLEA officials after he spoke out about the incident online.

In a post shared via his Instagram page on Wednesday night, Tuoyo announced his intention to pursue legal action against the agency, accusing it of violating his fundamental rights.

“The NDLEA infringed on my rights, and I will be taking legal steps to ensure justice is served,” he wrote.

As of the time of this report, the NDLEA has yet to respond to Tuoyo’s allegations.
