Africa Digital Summit to Rotate Across Countries, Says Organiser
The organiser of the Africa Digital Summit, Gemeda Olana, has said future editions of the event are expected to rotate among different African countries to broaden participation and regional collaboration.
Olana described the initiative as a key platform that allows Africans to shape and share their own narratives in the digital space while promoting the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experiences across borders.
According to him, the summit aims to empower digital creators and strengthen Africa’s voice in global digital conversations by providing a forum for innovation, collaboration, and storytelling.
Organisers have also invited major institutions and organisations to partner in the initiative, noting that the gathering will enhance engagement among digital creators, media organisations, policymakers, and private sector stakeholders.
They added that the summit is designed to encourage dialogue on the future of digital participation, innovation, and governance across the African continent.
