Gov. Mohammed Bago of Niger State has felicitated President Bola Tinubu on his 74th birthday anniversary.
This is contained in a statement issued by Chief Press Secretary Bologi Ibrahim on Saturday in Minna.
Bago described the President and Jagaban Borgu as “a master strategist, inspiring, focused and progressive leader”.
He said Tinubu’s mentees across Nigeria showed his “detribalised leadership and commitment to human capital development”.
According to the governor, Nigeria is experiencing transformation across sectors through the President’s “Renewed Hope Agenda”, driven by reforms, policies and programmes.
Bago commended the President’s resilience, doggedness and leadership in growing the economy for the benefit of Nigerians.
While acknowledging security challenges in parts of the country, he expressed confidence the administration would overcome them.
He appreciated the President for support and for considering him as his “first son”, saying he does not take it for granted.
He prayed for Allah’s guidance, protection, sound health and wisdom for continued selfless and result-oriented service to humanity.
