Congo President Hosts Qatari Minister for Diplomatic Talks

President Denis Sassou Nguesso of the Republic of Congo has welcomed Qatar’s Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, for high-level diplomatic discussions in Brazzaville.

During the meeting, Minister Al Muraikhi conveyed greetings from Qatar’s Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, reaffirming Qatar’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Congo. In response, President Nguesso extended his regards to the Emir and expressed appreciation for Qatar’s continued cooperation in various sectors.

The discussions centered on enhancing diplomatic ties, economic partnerships, and mutual interests between both nations. The visit underscores Qatar’s ongoing diplomatic engagement with African nations to foster stronger international collaborations.
