Twenty players have reported to the Super Eagles camp in Uyo ahead of the AFCON 2025 qualifying match against Libya’s Mediterranean Knights, set for Wednesday, October 9.
Key players such as captain William Troost-Ekong, Ademola Lookman, Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Moses Simon, and Ola Aina are among the arrivals, but star striker Victor Osimhen remains absent.
Kelechi Iheanacho, Osayi-Samuel, and Chidera Ejuke are also yet to join the squad.
The 20 players in camp participated in their first training session at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium practice pitch.
