The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared Bolaji Akinduro, a prominent oil mogul and Executive Chairman of Total Grace Oil and Gas Investment Limited, wanted for alleged involvement in fraud.
In a statement issued on Saturday in Abuja, the EFCC’s Spokesman, Dele Oyewale, revealed that Akinduro is accused of obtaining money under false pretenses and engaging in theft by conversion.
“The public is hereby notified that Bolaji Henry Akinduro is wanted by the EFCC in an alleged case of obtaining money under false pretense, and stealing by conversion,” Oyewale stated.
Akinduro, 51, hails from Ondo State, with his last known address listed as 272, Patience Coker Street, Ajose Adeogun, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The EFCC has urged anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the commission through its offices across the country, or reach out via the helpline 08093322644, email (info@efcc.gov.ng), or the nearest police station and other security agencies.
The anti-graft agency maintains a presence in Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt, and Abuja.
