Kenyan Media Personality Eric Mboya Claims 90% of Marriages Could Collapse if Men Conduct DNA Tests

Kenyan media personality Eric Mboya has claimed that 90 per cent of marriages in Kenya could collapse if men decided to conduct DNA tests on their children.

Mboya made the claim in a Facebook post on Tuesday, October 20, arguing that society often focuses on men’s infidelity while overlooking the issue of paternity fraud.

According to him, DNA testing is bringing to light issues that have allegedly remained hidden in some marriages for years.

“In marriage they always claim that only men cheat but DNA is proving otherwise. It seems wanaume are somehow innocent. What has been hidden for years is finally being brought to the public. If every man decides to do DNA in Kenya, 90% of marriages zitaisha,” he wrote.

However, Mboya did not provide statistics or evidence to support his claim that 90 per cent of marriages in Kenya would end if men subjected their children to DNA testing.
