How 39 Gombe indigenes benefitted from Gwamna’s strategic investment in education

Dr. Jamil Gwamna, is a strong advocate of using education as the most powerful tool for transformation.
In this regard, Dr. Gwamna has sponsored 39 Gombe Youth to Yamusa Science Academy Birnin Kebbi, in Kebbi State.
Yamusa Academy, is among the best science colleges in the Northern part of the country.
They studied at the institution between 2017 and 2024, finishing with distinction and are currently pursuing their undergraduate studies in various universities across the country.
Sardaunan Gombe was responsible for their school fees, transportation and other allowances from beginning to the end.
The rationale is to build manpower on science and technology, so that at the end of the day they all become important figures in society, bridge gaps in science education, and ultimately that Gombe will be proud of them.
