DJ Cuppy Asks Father for £70m London Mansion as Birthday Gift

Popular disc jockey and billionaire heiress, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, widely known as DJ Cuppy, marked her 33rd birthday on November 11, 2025 — and she had a bold request for her father, Femi Otedola.

In a private birthday conversation, Cuppy was asked what gift she wanted. Without hesitation, she expressed her desire for her father’s £70 million estate located in St. John’s Wood, London.

“Daddy, I would like the St. John’s Wood house. I’ll only turn 33 once,” she reportedly told him.

Cuppy, an alumna of King’s College London with a degree in business and economics, also holds a master’s in music business from New York University and another in African Studies from the University of Oxford. In 2024, she made history as the first British-Nigerian to host the opening session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Her request comes months after Otedola revealed he had purchased two properties in Dubai as wedding gifts for her sister, Temi.
